Input - Output 

Input is the term denoting either an entrance or changes whcih are inster into a sysmte whcih activate/modify a process while output is the term denoting either an exit or changes which exits a system and which activate/modify a process.

Input Device - Output Device

Input device is any piece of computer hardware equipment used to provide data and control signals to an information processing system (such as a computer) while the output device is any piece of computer hardware equipment used to communicate the results of data processing carried out by an information processing system (such as a computer) to the outside world.
